Our Control Room

Over the years, our control room  have continued to operate with the same basic goals; to provide friendly, speedy response to alarm signals; to support and assist our customers as best as possible and to ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service.

In 2005, construction began on BENS Grade 1 Monitoring Centre. The move coincided with the largest BENS online upgrade which occured late July. Grade 1 accreditaion was awarded to BENS in September 2006.
